About the Role

As our Programming & Curriculum Specialist, you'll play a central role in bringing our educational programs to life.

From coordinating curriculum releases and managing learning platforms to supporting live events and communicating with customers, you'll help ensure every educational experience is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed.

You'll work closely with the Head of Programming & Curriculum while collaborating across multiple teams to deliver engaging programs, high quality resources, exceptional customer experiences, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Program & Curriculum Management

• Build and maintain programming calendars for educational initiatives
• Coordinate the rollout of courses, curriculum, workshops, certifications, and events
• Create and schedule customer communications, newsletters, downloadable resources, and educational content
• Manage and maintain our learning and customer platforms
• Coordinate instructor schedules and program logistics
• Support virtual and in-person educational events

Customer Experience

• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for customer support
• Respond to customer questions with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Foster engagement across our learning communities and customer touchpoints
• Personalize customer interactions whenever possible
• Celebrate milestones and achievements that strengthen relationships and encourage continued learning

Engagement & Success

• Facilitate educational experiences and help customers navigate our programs and curricular resources
• Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to our products and experiences
• Collaborate across departments to continuously improve quality and customer satisfaction
• Help ensure every customer has a positive and meaningful experience with Dance Ed Tips
